Last night, I slept the best and longest I have in a while. Caffeine didn’t seem to affect me in my youth but it does now. I started cutting down on how much caffeine I consumed in an attempt to cut down on sodas and suddenly I can sleep better.
Quitting soda has always been an issue for me. It’s not even the caffeine, I just love the taste. It’s my one vice, but due to the rising prices and my dislike of ever feeling like I “must” have something, it’s time to quit or at least reduce. Oh yea, and there’s that pesty liver issue.
