I’ve made good use of the screen time feature on my phone. I’ve set some limits to certain apps and I’ve outright banned the most commonly visited websites. No more mindless reading.
These aren’t perfect fixes but they do make things a bit more difficult. That way I can hopefully stop and think before doing things out of habit. I’m hoping by January I can have my actual browsing time down to less than 10 mins a day.
I resubscribed to Scribd so I’m gonna use those free moments to read and listen to audio books. A much better use of my time then hearing folks hot takes or reading shitty comments.
